  SECTION 216.0111. State agency contracts; required information to be provided to Department of Financial Services.

  • 1(1) 2Each state agency, as defined in s. 9216.011, 10shall provide the following information to the Department of Financial Services regarding the agency’s contracted activities:
    26(a) 27The nature of the commodities or services purchased.
    35(b) 36The term of the contract.
    41(c) 42The final obligation made by the agency.
    49(d) 50A summary of any time constraints that apply to the procurement.
    61(e) 62The justification for not using the competitive solicitation, including any statutory exemption or exception.
    76(f) 77Other information regarding the contract or the procurement which may be required by the Department of Financial Services.
    95(2) 96This section applies to any contract executed on or after July 1, 2010, for the purchase of commodities or contractual services in excess of the CATEGORY TWO threshold amount provided in s. 128287.017 129which is not:
    132(a) 133Awarded by competitive solicitation pursuant to s. 140287.057(1); 141or
    142(b) 143Purchased from a purchasing agreement or state term contract pursuant to s. 155287.056156.
    157(3) 158An agency must submit the required information to the Department of Financial Services within 3 working days after executing the contract.
