SECTION 215.965. Disbursement of state moneys.

1Except as provided in s. 617.076, 7s. 8253.025(17), 9s. 10717.124(4)(b) 11and (c), s. 14732.107(5), 15or s. 17733.816(5), 18all moneys in the State Treasury shall be disbursed by state warrant, drawn by the Chief Financial Officer upon the State Treasury and payable to the ultimate beneficiary. This authorization shall include electronic disbursement.
