1Each state agency and the judicial branch as defined in s. 12216.01113shall establish and maintain management systems and internal controls designed to:
24(1) 25Prevent and detect fraud, waste, and abuse as defined in s. 3611.45(1)37.
38(2) 39Promote and encourage compliance with applicable laws, rules, contracts, and grant agreements.
51(3) 52Support economical and efficient operations.
57(4) 58Ensure reliability of financial records and reports.
