SECTION 215.311. State funds; exceptions.

1The provisions of s. 5215.31 6shall not apply to funds collected by and under the direction and supervision of the Division of Blind Services of the Department of Education as provided under ss. 34413.011, 35413.041, 36and 37413.051; 38however, nothing in this section shall be construed to except from the provisions of s. 53215.31 54any appropriations made by the state to the division.
