SECTION 213.10. Deposit of tax moneys collected.

Latest version.

1Any and all tax moneys collected by the Department of Revenue shall be deposited in the appropriate fund as provided by law. Except as otherwise provided, the Department of Revenue may use separate clearing trust funds to account for the collection and distribution of tax moneys.
