SECTION 206.998. Applicability of specified sections of parts I and II.

- 1The provisions of ss. 5206.01, 6206.02, 7206.025, 8206.026, 9206.027, 10206.028, 11206.03, 12206.05, 13206.055, 14206.06, 15206.07, 16206.075, 17206.09, 18206.10, 19206.11, 20206.12, 21206.13, 22206.14, 23206.15, 24206.16, 25206.17, 26206.175, 27206.18, 28206.199, 29206.20, 30206.204, 31206.205, 32206.21, 33206.215, 34206.22, 35206.23, 36206.24, 37206.25, 38206.27, 39206.28, 40206.41, 41206.413, 42206.43, 43206.44, 44206.48, 45206.485, 46206.49, 47206.56, 48206.59, 49206.606, 50206.608, 51and 52206.61 53of part I of this chapter and ss. 61206.86, 62206.872, 63206.874, 64206.8745, 65206.88, 66206.90, 67and 68206.93 69of part II of this chapter shall, as far as lawful or practicable, be applicable to the tax levied and imposed and to the collection thereof as if fully set out in this part. However, any provision of any such section does not apply if it conflicts with any provision of this part.
