  SECTION 206.93. Penalty for failure to report and pay taxes promptly.

  • 1If any person willfully fails to file the report and pay the tax as provided in s. 18206.91, 19the department shall revoke the person’s license unless it appears that the failure to comply with this part was not due to fraud or to an intent to violate this part.
