SECTION 206.28. Exchange of information among the states.

1The department shall, upon request duly received from the officials to whom are entrusted the enforcement of the fuel tax laws of any other state, forward to such officials any information which it may have in its possession relative to the manufacture, receipt, sale, use, transportation, or shipment by any person of motor fuel.
