SECTION 206.25. Method for collection of tax cumulative.

- 1The methods and means of effecting and enforcing the collection of fuel taxes as set out in this part shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, the methods and means of effecting and enforcing collection set out in the fuel tax laws of Florida.
