SECTION 205.1973. Telemarketing businesses; consumer protection.

1A county or municipality may not issue or renew a business tax receipt for the operation of a telemarketing business under ss. 23501.604 24and 25501.608, 26unless such business exhibits a current license or registration from the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services or a current affidavit of exemption.
