SECTION 205.1969. Health studios; consumer protection.

1A county or municipality may not issue or renew a business tax receipt for the operation of a health studio pursuant to ss. 24501.01225-26501.019, 27unless such business exhibits a current license, registration, or letter of exemption from the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
