CHAPTER 20. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE |

- 1The following trust funds shall be administered by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs:14(1) 15Federal Grants Trust Fund.19(a) 20Funds to be credited to and uses of the trust fund shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of s. 41215.3242.93(2) 94Grants and Donations Trust Fund.99(a) 100Funds to be credited to and uses of the trust fund shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of ss. 121215.32, 122296.11, 123296.38, 124and 125320.089126.127(b) 128Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 133216.301 134and pursuant to s. 138216.351, 139any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of the trust fund.177(3) 178Operations and Maintenance Trust Fund.183(a) 184Funds to be credited to and uses of the trust fund shall be administered in accordance with ss. 202215.32, 203296.11, 204296.38, 205320.08058, 206320.089, 207and 208320.0891209.210(b) 211Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 216216.301 217and pursuant to s. 221216.351, 222any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of the trust fund.
