1There is created a Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
12(1) 13The head of the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is the Governor and Cabinet.
29(2) 30The following divisions, and bureaus within the divisions, of the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles are established:
49(a) 50Division of the Florida Highway Patrol.
56(b) 57Division of Motorist Services.
61(3) 62The Office of Commercial Vehicle Enforcement is established within the Division of the Florida Highway Patrol.
