SECTION 20.195. Department of Children and Families; trust funds.

1The following trust funds shall be administered by the Department of Children and Families:
15(1) 16Administrative Trust Fund.
19(a) 20Funds to be credited to and uses of the trust fund shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of s. 41215.3242.
43(b) 44Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 49216.30150and pursuant to s. 54216.351, 55any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of the trust fund.
93(2) 94Alcohol, Drug Abuse, and Mental Health Trust Fund.
102(a) 103Funds to be credited to the trust fund shall consist of federal mental health or substance abuse block grant funds, and shall be used for the purpose of providing mental health or substance abuse treatment and support services to department clients and for other such purposes as may be appropriate.
153(b) 154Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 159216.301160and pursuant to s. 164216.351, 165any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of the trust fund.
203(3) 204Child Welfare Training Trust Fund.
209(a) 210Funds to be credited to and uses of the trust fund shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of s. 231402.40232.
233(b) 234Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 239216.301240and pursuant to s. 244216.351, 245any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of the trust fund.
283(4) 284Domestic Violence Trust Fund.
288(a) 289Funds to be credited to and uses of the trust fund shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of s. 31028.101, 311part XII of chapter 39, and chapter 741.
319(b) 320Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 325216.301326and pursuant to s. 330216.351, 331any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of the trust fund.
369(5) 370Federal Grants Trust Fund.
374(a) 375Funds to be credited to and uses of the trust fund shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of s. 396215.32397.
398(b) 399Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 404216.301405and pursuant to s. 409216.351, 410any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of the trust fund.
448(6) 449Grants and Donations Trust Fund.
454(a) 455Funds to be credited to and uses of the trust fund shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of s. 476215.32477.
478(b) 479Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 484216.301485and pursuant to s. 489216.351, 490any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of the trust fund.
528(7) 529Operations and Maintenance Trust Fund.
534(a) 535Funds to be credited to and uses of the trust fund shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of s. 556215.32557.
558(b) 559Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 564216.301565and pursuant to s. 569216.351, 570any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of the trust fund.
608(8) 609Social Services Block Grant Trust Fund.
615(a) 616Funds to be credited to the trust fund shall consist of federal social services block grant funds, and shall be used for the purpose of providing health care and support services to department clients and for other such purposes as may be appropriate.
659(b) 660Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 665216.301666and pursuant to s. 670216.351, 671any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of the trust fund.
709(9) 710Tobacco Settlement Trust Fund.
714(a) 715Funds to be credited to the trust fund shall consist of funds disbursed, by nonoperating transfer, from the Department of Financial Services Tobacco Settlement Clearing Trust Fund in amounts equal to the annual appropriations made from this trust fund.
754(b) 755Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 760216.301761and pursuant to s. 765216.351, 766any unencumbered balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year and any encumbered balance remaining undisbursed on September 30 of the same calendar year shall revert to the Department of Financial Services Tobacco Settlement Clearing Trust Fund.
807(10) 808Welfare Transition Trust Fund.
812(a) 813Funds to be credited to and uses of the trust fund shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of s. 83420.506835.
836(b) 837Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 842216.301843and pursuant to s. 847216.351, 848any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of the trust fund.
