1(1)(a) 2The department may review the assessments of new, rebuilt, and expanded business reported according to s. 18193.077(3), 19to ensure parity of level of assessment with other classifications of property.
31(b) 32This subsection shall expire on the date specified in s. 42290.01643for the expiration of the Florida Enterprise Zone Act.
52(2) 53The department may review the assessments of new and expanded businesses granted an exemption pursuant to s. 70196.199571to ensure parity of level of assessment with other classifications of property.
