SECTION 193.132. Prior assessments validated.

Latest version.

1Every assessment of taxes heretofore made on property of any kind, when such assessment has been actually made in the name of the true owner, is hereby validated. No tax assessment or tax levy made upon any such property shall be held invalid by reason of or because of the subsequent amendment in the law.
