SECTION 17.60. Treasury Cash Deposit Trust Fund.

1(1) 2There is created in the State Treasury the Treasury Cash Deposit Trust Fund. Cash deposits made pursuant to s. 2117.59 22shall be deposited into this fund.
28(2) 29Interest earned on cash deposited into this fund shall be prorated and paid to the depositing entities.
