- 1The Chief Financial Officer shall make a report in detail to the Governor, with a copy to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives as soon after the 1st day of July of each year as it is practicable to prepare same of the transactions of the Division of Treasury for the preceding fiscal year, embracing a statement of the receipts and payments on account of each of the several funds of which he or she has the care and custody.
