SECTION 163.522. State redevelopment programs.

1(1) 2Any county or municipality which has nominated an area as an enterprise zone pursuant to s. 18290.0055 19which has been so designated pursuant to s. 27290.0065 28is directed to give consideration to the creation of a neighborhood improvement district within said area.
44(2) 45Any county or municipality which has authorized the creation of a community redevelopment area pursuant to part III of this chapter is directed to give consideration to the creation of a neighborhood improvement district within said area.
