SECTION 163.5035. Safe neighborhood improvement districts; compliance with special district provisions.

1Any special district created pursuant to this part shall comply with all applicable provisions contained in chapter 189. In cases where a provision contained in this part conflicts with a provision in chapter 189, the provision in chapter 189 shall prevail.
