SECTION 162.13. Provisions of act supplemental.

1It is the legislative intent of ss. 8162.019-10162.12 11to provide an additional or supplemental means of obtaining compliance with local codes. Nothing contained in ss. 28162.0129-30162.12 31shall prohibit a local governing body from enforcing its codes by any other means.
