SECTION 161.27. Personnel and facilities.

1In carrying out the purposes of this part, the board of county commissioners may use to the extent feasible any personnel or facilities employed by or available to the county. In addition, the board of county commissioners may hire such personnel and contract for such services as may prove necessary or desirable.
