SECTION 16.016. Payment of per diem, mileage, and other expense.

1Whenever the Department of Legal Affairs is called upon to represent any administrative agency or regulatory board, the agency or regulatory board so represented shall pay the per diem, mileage, and other reasonable expense of the representative of such department.
