SECTION 154.312. Procedure for settlement of disputes.

1All disputes among counties, the agency, a participating hospital, or a regional referral hospital shall be resolved as provided in ss. 22120.569 23and 24120.57, 25except that the presiding officer’s order shall be final agency action. Cases filed under chapter 120 may combine all disputes between parties. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this part, if a county alleges that a residency determination or eligibility determination made by the agency is incorrect, the burden of proof shall be on the county to demonstrate that such determination is, in light of the total record, not supported by the evidence.
