SECTION 132.25. Creation and maintenance of sinking fund.

1The governing authority of any unit in contracting for the sale of any bonds may provide for the creation and maintenance of the necessary sinking fund out of proceeds of sales of lands, and levy of taxes, and proceeds of mortgages.
