  SECTION 125.221. Holding of court and meeting of grand jury; place other than courthouse.

  • 1In the event there is not suitable available space in the courthouse due to construction or reconstruction, destruction or other good reasons, for the holding of any court or courts now provided to be held in the county courthouse, or for the meeting of the grand jury of the county, the county commission, with the approval of the court, may designate some other place or places located in the county seat for the holding of court or courts or for the meeting of the grand jury.
