- 1(1) 2Any public officer who:6(a) 7Violates any provision of this chapter commits a noncriminal infraction, punishable by fine not exceeding $500.23(b) 24Knowingly violates the provisions of s. 30119.07(1) 31is subject to suspension and removal or impeachment and, in addition, commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 54775.082 55or s. 57775.08358.59(2) 60Any person who willfully and knowingly violates:67(a) 68Any of the provisions of this chapter commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 87775.082 88or s. 90775.08391.92(b) 93Section 94119.105 95commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 107775.082, 108s. 109775.083, 110or s. 112775.084113.
