  SECTION 116.13. Sale of property by heads of state institutions without permission prohibited.

  • 1The superintendents of state asylums, and the presidents and principals of all state educational institutions are prohibited from selling or otherwise disposing of property belonging to the state, except in cases where they have previously obtained permission from their respective boards of commissioners or trustees.
