SECTION 116.04. Failure of officer to make sworn report of fees.

1Any officer who shall fail or refuse to make, subscribe, and swear, or to file with the Department of Financial Services a report of all fees, commissions, or other remuneration collected, as required by law, or if any officer shall knowingly or willfully make false or incomplete reports, or in any report violate any of the provisions of s. 60116.03 61he or she shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 79775.082 80or s. 82775.08383.
