  SECTION 110.1155. Travel to or conducting business with a country in the Western Hemisphere lacking diplomatic relations with the United States.

  • 1(1) 2An officer, employee, agent, or representative of:
    9(a) 10A state agency;
    13(b) 14A political subdivision of the state; or
    21(c) 22A corporation, partnership, association, or other entity that does business or contracts with a state agency, receives state funds, or claims a credit against any tax imposed by the state

    52may not travel to or do business with any country located in the Western Hemisphere which lacks diplomatic relations with the United States.

    75(2) 76A political subdivision that violates this section is ineligible to receive state funds.
    89(3) 90A corporation, partnership, association, or other entity that violates this section is ineligible to:
    104(a) 105Engage in business or contract with a state agency;
    114(b) 115Receive state funds; or
    119(c) 120Claim a credit against any tax imposed by the state.
