SECTION 11.933. Qualifications of delegates and alternate delegates.

1(1) 2To be appointed as a delegate or alternate delegate to an Article V convention, a person must:
19(a) 20Reside in this state.
24(b) 25Be a registered voter in this state.
32(c) 33Not be registered or required to be registered as a lobbyist under the laws of this state.
50(2) 51A person may not be appointed as a delegate if he or she holds a federal office.
