SECTION 11.0451. Requirements for reinstitution of lobbyist registration after felony conviction.

1A person convicted of a felony after January 1, 2006, may not be registered as a lobbyist pursuant to s. 2111.045 22until the person:
25(1) 26Has been released from incarceration and any postconviction supervision, and has paid all court costs and court-ordered restitution; and
45(2) 46Has had his or her civil rights restored.
