SECTION 106.32. Election Campaign Financing Trust Fund.

1(1) 2There is hereby established in the State Treasury an ¹¹¹12Election Campaign Financing Trust Fund to be utilized by the Department of State as provided in ss. 29106.3030-31106.3632. If necessary, each year in which a general election is to be held for the election of the Governor and Cabinet, additional funds shall be transferred to the ⁶¹¹62Election Campaign Financing Trust Fund from general revenue in an amount sufficient to fund qualifying candidates pursuant to the provisions of ss. 84106.3085-86106.3687.
88(2) 89Proceeds from filing fees pursuant to ss. 9699.092, 9799.093, 98and 99105.031 100shall be deposited into the ¹⁰⁵¹106Election Campaign Financing Trust Fund as designated in those sections.
116(3) 117Proceeds from assessments pursuant to ss. 123106.07 124and 125106.29 126shall be deposited into the ¹³¹¹132Election Campaign Financing Trust Fund as designated in those sections.
