1(1) 2All user identifications and passwords held by the Department of State pursuant to s. 16106.0705 17are confidential and exempt from s. 23119.07(1) 24and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution.
33(2)(a) 34Information entered in the electronic filing system for purposes of generating a report pursuant to s. 50106.0705 51is exempt from s. 55119.07(1) 56and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution.
65(b) 66Information entered in the electronic filing system is no longer exempt once the report is generated and filed with the Division of Elections.
