SECTION 104.26. Penalty for destroying ballot or booth, etc.

- 1Any person who wrongfully, during or before an election, removes, tears down, destroys, or defaces any ballot, booth, compartment, or other convenience provided for the purpose of enabling the elector to prepare his or her ballot, or any card for the instruction of the voter, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 60775.082 61or s. 63775.08364.
