  SECTION 104.16. Voting fraudulent ballot.

  • 1Any elector who knowingly votes or attempts to vote a fraudulent ballot, or any person who knowingly solicits, or attempts, to vote a fraudulent ballot, is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 40775.082, 41s. 42775.083, 43or s. 45775.08446.
