SECTION 104.15. Unqualified electors willfully voting.

1Whoever, knowing he or she is not a qualified elector, willfully votes at any election is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 30775.082, 31s. 32775.083, 33or s. 35775.08436.
