SECTION 104.101. Failure to assist officers at polls.

1Any person summoned by the sheriff or deputy sheriff who fails or refuses to assist him or her in maintaining the peace at the polls is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 40775.082 41or s. 43775.08344.
