SECTION 102.155. Certificate of election.

1The supervisor shall give to any person the election of whom is certified by the county canvassing board a certificate of the person’s election. The Department of State shall give to any person the election of whom is certified by the state canvassing board a certificate of the person’s election. The certificate of election which is issued to any person shall be prima facie evidence of the election of such person.
