SECTION 1013.02. Purpose; rules and regulations.

1(1) 2The purpose of this chapter is to authorize state and local officials to cooperate in establishing and maintaining educational plants that will provide for public educational needs throughout the state.
32(2)(a) 33The State Board of Education shall adopt rules pursuant to ss. 44120.536(1) 45and 46120.54 47to implement the provisions of this chapter for school districts and Florida College System institutions.
62(b) 63The Board of Governors shall adopt regulations pursuant to its regulation development procedure to implement the provisions of this chapter for state universities.
