SECTION 1010.09. Direct-support organizations.

1(1) 2School district and Florida College System institution direct-support organizations shall be organized and conducted under the provisions of ss. 211001.453 22and 231004.70 24and rules of the State Board of Education, as applicable.
34(2) 35State university direct-support organizations shall be organized and conducted under the provisions of s. 491004.28 50and rules of the Board of Governors, as applicable.
