SECTION 1009.83. Rate of interest and other charges.

1The Department of Education shall from time to time fix the interest and other charges to be paid for any student loan, at rates sufficient to pay the interest on revenue bonds issued pursuant to ss. 371009.7838-391009.88, 40plus any costs incident to issuance, sale, security, and retirement thereof, including administrative expenses.
