SECTION 1008.332. Committee of practitioners pursuant to federal No Child Left Behind Act.

1The Department of Education shall establish a committee of practitioners pursuant to federal requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. The committee members shall be appointed by the Commissioner of Education and shall annually report to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives by January 1. The committee shall meet regularly and is authorized to review potential rules and policies that will be considered by the State Board of Education.
