SECTION 1001.281. Operating Trust Fund.

1(1) 2The Operating Trust Fund, FLAIR number 48-2-510, is created within the Department of Education.
16(2) 17The fund is established for use as a depository for funds to be used for program operations funded by program revenues. Moneys to be credited to the trust fund include, but are not limited to, revenues received from the payment of fees associated with high school equivalency examinations.
65(3) 66Notwithstanding s. 68216.301 69and pursuant to s. 73216.351, 74any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purpose of the trust fund.
